• AC cleaning and preventive maintenance
• Electrical works related to HVAC systems
• Supply and sale of air conditioning units (Daikin, Panasonic, Midea, AUX, General Royal)

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Quote Requests and Inquiries

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. All quotes are subject to on-site assessment and confirmation by our technicians. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, parts required, and site conditions. DRM reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

DRM provides the following service warranties:

• Labor warranty: 30 days on workmanship for all installation and repair services
• Parts warranty: Subject to manufacturer warranty terms for replacement parts supplied by DRM
• Unit warranty: Brand manufacturer warranty applies to new units purchased through DRM

Warranties are void if the equipment is tampered with, misused, or serviced by unauthorized personnel after DRM's work. Warranties do not cover damage caused by power surges, flooding, or other external factors beyond DRM's control.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. For large installations or commercial projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. DRM accepts cash and bank transfer payments. Invoices not settled within 7 days of service completion may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

DRM's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. DRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, loss of data, or property damage not directly caused by our technicians' negligence. All services are performed in good faith and in accordance with industry standards.
